Agreed that was a nice ride.  The missus liked ours.  10 speaker stereo, leather seats and the borrowed-from-GM climate control.  

The "type 44" is now over 30 years old and not a smart bet for a daily driver for the average person.
I tend to draw the line at 20 years and that is only because I am a decent DIY repair guy.
As we all know, Audis eventually have parts made from unobtainium.
