My thinking as well Ti ...
That control may be in the same relay. It has been SO long ...
Are the dome light switches on the doors working? The convenience features leave the power to windows and sunroof enabled until the door is opened. Have you tried opening the front passenger door?

Also, there is a control module (looks like a relay) that provides the
"retained power" feature for the windows and sunroof. Maybe that
relay is stuck in the "on" state.
