[20v] '91 CQ illuminated power window switch drains the battery

Thanks Huw.  FWIW my son has an Audi 200 with slow battery drain when
parked.  I need to dig into that a bit to see if the power is staying
connected and draining things.  Fortunately we have a parts car to rob a
(hopefully) functional unit from to test with!  Worst case it might mean
switching the power to be fed under "key on" only.
