No Low's on 2006 A4

It’s me again. Still trying to debug the headlight issue.

Pulled the cover of the driver’s side light and looked at the lamp. Did not see any sign of burning or discoloration. The filament looked intact.

Can anyone point me to a writeup of exposing and swapping the light switch in the dash? I assume that the lower panel has to come off at a minimum.

Also, are there other web resources I should look at? I generally have been well served by the Qlist and the S-Car group and have not noodled around on the web based sites at all.
