Be sure to include in your figuring that happy customers tend not to be on the internet complaining. A huge overwhelming majority of people on this mailing list are here BECAUSE they had a problem they needed help fixing. We are a highly lopsided opinion base of issues and there are millions of happy A4 owners out in the world that haven't joined a forum to fix their cars ;-).
