Ok, think I am good to go. Ordered, received and installed new fan relay.
The drain next to the ECM box seemed to be clogged up so I cleaned it and
vacuumed that area. Put everything back together and jumped the car, seems
to be good now. Total cost was $48 vs probably $400 at the shop!
