If you're in Canada you can order parts from Audi Tradition in Germany if they aren't stocked by the dealer normally. We in the US have had mixed results getting that to work. Plenty of people get German counterparts to send parts over if the dealer won't or can't. If you're not on Facebook it might be worth it just to get on the large chassis Audi group. Plenty of resources there.
Replacement parts are far more plentiful, both OEM and aftermarket, and as a last resort, you might try eBay.de and learn some German at the same time. Search for sellers that will ship "weltweit". You can use Google translate to get started translating words like muffler and exhaust.
There's no rhyme or reason as to how long Audi supplies parts or a certain part for any one model.
As far as touch up paint, try the dealer first... you may be surprised. if not, try paintscratch.com or a similar site.
Good luck.

Subject: Sources for New Audi Parts, for Old Audi's (More than 25 yrs old)

Sometime in the past few years I noticed a habit that my mechanic will ask
me if I've got the part, whenever I call to get work done.
As one of the best garages for VW/Audi in Montreal, I'm gather they have a
network of suppliers across Canada that they reach out to whenever they
need a part. But many items seem to be getting quite scarce.
Thus I wanted to know if anyone could recommend suppliers of parts in the
USA (or even Canada or elsewhere) that I could try.
For used parts, I'm familiar with Force5, and they're great! I once bought
a new Piersburg fuel pump from Shokan years back, and the price was a
fraction of what anyone else was selling them at. But now their website
seems to indicate that they focus on used parts.
The particular parts I'm looking for now are the resonator and the
muffler. I can get something generic at any muffler shop, but I'd rather
stick with the original parts unless there's no other choice.
And since I'm planning to keep this car at least 5 more years, I'll
certainly hang onto any part suppliers, or lists thereof, that any of you
might suggest.
On a related question, how far back do the dealers usually stock parts?
Does Audi/USA, Audi/Canada, or Audi/Germany list parts online?
As a final question, I'm curious if anyone was ever so desperate for a part
that they resorted to getting it from Germany? Every few years I'm usually
in Germany and often wonder if I should be taking something back for my
friend in the garage...Even if a muffler probably wouldn't fit in my
suitecase :-)
Thanks all for any thoughts and suggestions,
