2009 A4 B8 front shock curse

I'm about at the end of rope after 34 years of Audi ownership.  I
started the simple task of replacing the front shocks on my 2009 A4.
One of the very first steps is removing a bolt at the top of the
steering knuckle. The helpful videos show removing the nut and pulling
the bolt out.  Maybe on a new car, maybe if Audi put a little anti-seize
on the bolt it would come out but not on my car. I soaked the area with
penetrate oil and let it sit, then  tried turning the bolt to the point
I knew it would break, no movement, heated the area as much as I dared,
no movement. double nutted the end and tapped with a hammer, then with
air hammer, no movement. So after hours and hours I'm worse off than
when I started. Both ends of the bolt are broke off, the bolt won't
budge.  Steel bolt through an aluminum casting can cause problems! If
only Audi put a little anti-seize on the bolt!
