'91 CQ knock sensor specs and replacement (Christopher Gharibo)

I have two *new* knock sensors (that have the hole for installation) that I
ordered years ago when I was contemplating installing a 3B engine into my
wife's 90 Audi 90. That project never happened, but I'm now rebuilding the
AAN (after 200k miles) from my 95.5 UrS6. This project has started, and I
believe the 2 knock sensors I took off are identical.
