2009 A4 B8 2.0T oil/level or pressure?

Could be a failing air oil separator aka PCV. When the diaphragm goes it draws a strong vacuum in the crankcase and at low speed the oil pump struggles to ingest oil against that vacuum.

Did your car not come with a dipstick?! I know some newer BMWs eliminated
it but wasn't aware that Audi did so.
