‘91 coupe quattro fuel line overhaul options

I have multiple fuel,line anchor points under my coupe that are just
hypercorroded. 

What are my options here for an overhaul? 

Can I splice in and run plastic lines just under the car and somehow connect
them to the steel lines? Are there kits that are recommended that make this
job easier?

Dorman for example makes a fuel line.
