I was a little confused by this question because I figured he meant the horses running to and from the heater core going into the firewall that have the heater control valve and the bleed screw. I don't know of any metal options, nor do I recall a T like there is on the C4 S-cars Peter.  I was able to "repair" the bleed screw by silicone a nylon nut into the opening and using a nylon bolt to seal it. Not sure of any other failure points except the heater control valve itself.

If you mean the metal T ?There have been some aftermarket options, Issam Abed, made some, but i think he’s sold them all
