My ‘91 coupe driver wiper arm wind deflector chatters. Bentley says to adjust the arm midshaft and that part is covered with the wind deflector. Is there a way to remove the wind deflector on the wiper arm and then install it back? When I bend the arm with the deflector installed, it feels like it’s going to break and pop off.
