Just find a quality exhaust shop local to you and have them fab up a 
custom unit, using the existing exhaust system as a baseline. Google 
search for shops in your area or try the Audizine.com regional forums 
for advice. Plenty of custom fab shops can do this for you. Hell, Midas 
can probably do this, but for quality work that you'll never have to 
worry about again, I'd go with a specialty fabricator who does exhausts 
for exotics and unusual vehicles. It will cost more, but you'll only 
have to do it once.
