Gotta disagree with you here- the UrS feels much more solid as it has
less chassis flex (or so it seems) but it also feels heavier and it is
heavier.

Out of the big Audis, my old 5ktq felt the best in terms of
handling/tossability-
great road feel, way undertired, but much lighter than the 20v type 44s
and the
C4s- 3350lbs and change.

That said, I would choose an UrS over a 200 any time, if they were in
identical
condition, because they feel more solid, have better steering feel than
my 200q20v
(once you disable the Servotronic, that is) and have a better ignition
system for
taking the car to big hp numbers.

The UrS looks more aggressive as well, although I think my car will come
close once
it has some 255 steamrollers installed.
