[s-cars] wastegate spring removal instructions needed

Mike,
  I used to have the instructions, but unfortunately I
lost them.  If you call up TAP, they should be able to
fax/e-mail/tell you how to do it.  They faxed it over
to me a while back.  The number's 352-628-2834.
