I think this is pretty cool (I use Macs at work and at home) but I also
think a bit of due diligence is in order.  Brian, how about checking the
tech specs on the ipod for Apple's accepted operating / storage temps.
Automotive applications (car interiors) can experience some amazing
temperature extremes and a computer hard drive is a sensitive device.  Just
some food for thought....
