[s-cars] Clamps sizes and (T-Bolt vs Constant-Torque)

Yo James,

I replaced all of my T-bolt units with the constant units about a year
ago. They have worked flawlessly (of course so did the t-bolt units).
Anyway, I liked the idea of the constant units. As well, they have
narrower bands (stil wide by standard clamps specs) which provide
superior "bite" as it pertains to Si hoses.
