If you can find your way around the keyboard to send this message, there are
some of these you can/should do yourself ( marked DIY):

RS2 Injectors - 15-30 minutes - DIY
RS2 MAF - 10 minutes - DIY
RS2 Fuel Pressure Regulator(need depends on software) - 10 minutes -DIY

The above are very easy!  The rest are somewhat more difficult. I've got a
Mitchell labor guide in my office and will revert with book labor hours in
the morning:

RS2 or Garrett K26/T04 Turbo - Med Hard
- Oil/Coolant Lines to Turbo (only if Garrett)
- RS2 Exhaust Manifold - Med Hard
RS2 Exhaust Cam - Med
