Cody, did you pull the ECU codes? It might be the dreaded Hall Sender...
fault code 2113 "Hall Sender" or CPS (Cam Positioning Sensor) is a known
failure.
The Hall Sender or Cam Sensor fit's behind the "Impulse Rotor" of the Cam
Sprocket. The Impulse Rotor is the metal cup attached behind the Cam
Sprocket with a small window or cut out section, that enables the sensor to
detect when piston number one is at TDC.
If it turns out to be that my advice would be to purchase the CPS or Hall
Sender from a source such as Adirondack: http://www.germanautoparts.com/ ( I
paid $89 ! ) or the partsconnection or something else. Adirondack have
always been good with me. You'll get a big suprize buying the part from the
dealer.
The dealer part number is correct: 034 905 161
I think the Bosch part number is: 0 232 101 020
Good luck !
Cheers, /Jamu.

Ok..I get the car towed to the shop today and when the car gets
there "It STARTS?!" What the heck is going on here? I tested the fuel pump
as I thought that was the issue via disconnecting the line in to the fuel
filter and cranking over the engine..and noted that no fuel came out of the
line. Is this a VALID test of the fuel pump/relay?
Man this is frustrating any other tips? The ECU seems to be fine.
TIA
cp
