[s-cars] Rear lid logos

Removing the badges with a hair dryer, some dental floss, and some Orange Solvent works wonders. However they will NOT go back on with the existing adhesive...maybe by some double sided tape and stick back on..but buying new badges would be easier but not cheap.

Just my 2 cents ;-)

Subject: [s-cars] Rear lid logos

Guys,

I'm detailing my car for the event tomorrow. I'd like to un-stick the
badges on the rear trunk lid. I was planning on leaving the car in the sun
and then supplementing with a hairdryer. I want to remove them so I can
buff -out that section (never been done and doesn't look as good as the
other panels). Is it possible to re-stick the badges? If so, will I need
some adhesive or will I be able to reuse the existing adhesive on them?

TIA
