[s-cars] Sunroof Gone Wild

My sunroof recently started doing the 80% reversal, too.  I was thinking
either the tracks are dirty or something needs some lubrication.  But what?

Mine also does the random opening thing once in a while, too (including once
in the automatic touchless car wash!  No, it was not funny at the time!
:~) )  There was some discussion about this a couple years ago... was there
a procedure for cleaning the potentiometer or bending the contact inside or
something?
