how rough?  same thing happened to me, and i probably dragged it for
about 15 miles.  it wasn't that terrible, though.  i repaired it with
lots of shurtape (the stuff that racers love).  i was prepared to buy
some sheet plastic and get busy with a rivet gun, but over a year later,
the duct tape is still holding up fine.
