[s-cars] Boost problem solved, same problem as last time - - - HELP!

Bruce:

This pulley drives the t-belt (turns the cams & belt tensioner), and also
the Serp belt ( turns all the accessories).
It doesn't matter how hard you drive the car or how much horsepower you are
making, I just don't see how this part is subject to significantly more
stress than when the car is stock.

This isn't a common failure, so I would look real closely to make sure there
isn't something else causing this to happen -- a cam or an accessory that's
too hard to turn, or maybe an assembly problem.

HELP!

OK, so my mechanic knew where to look for the problem, since it happened
before (although more severely last time). The front cog pulley that drives
the timing belt on the crank is broken yet again. F*ck!

I guess with the track time I'm pulling, it's putting a lot of extra stress
on this area.

So does anyone know where I can get a heavier duty timing belt drive pulley
on the crank? Or has anyone drilled through the gear and crank and inserted
pin(s) to strengthen it? Has anyone else even had this problem??

Thanks all, as usual.
