Thanks for the information. Really helpful.
Turns out, I know a machinist in Mass, stopped by his shop. Asked him to co=
nsider adding the grooves in the Eibach body. I was not expecting drive up =
service, and was stunned to see how easy it was to load the shock body into=
a lathe and place a precisely cut slot 10 mm above the existing one. He di=
d it while I was talking to him on each shock, 30 minutes.
FYI: He is Jack Lunden in Burlington MA.

I bought my Eibachs from Shox.com too, and they knew exactly what I needed,
supplied it with no problem. I just searched for my invoice to see how it's
listed, but couldn't find it in the sea of paper on my office floor :)
