As far as I know there are only two fluid levels (hydraulic and brake)
tested. The other two functions are parking brake and hydraulic
pressure. Be sure your brake fluid is up to the cup in the reservoir.
Be sure your hydraulic fluid is a bit overfilled. Be sure the filter in
the hydraulic reservoir is clean.
A bad bomb will show up with a light if you deplete the pressure, but
otherwise won't impact the light condition.
Slow turn-off of the light after starting is due to the filter, or
filters in the high pressure hose and its bolts, or to a bad pump. No
turn off could be fluid level, or parking brake switch.
