That, and the added easiness of installation onto the block, Mike. Just
like with the Audi's stubborn insisting on the lug bolts for the wheels,
the studs would've made for the natural guides and thus much easier
installation.

My good friend Mike Zamikhovsky used the Raceware studs in one of his 5
Audis at the time of a complete head overhaul and those things were a
work of art. Had a tensile strength of like 270,000 psi if memory serves
me right. Very expensive tho...
