[s-cars] A UrS4 interior part needed

The rotary control was used on '92-'97 100CS/CS Quattro and all S4/A6/S6
models. The '92-'94 100S models had the rocker switch style. I believe the
two types are not interchangeable...the rotary knob style has a control
module somewhere that the rocker switch style does not have.
