[s-cars] Stalling

Same issue here but disappears for the most part after car is fully warmed.
I did clean the ISV and I noticed some improvement but when coming to a stop
~1/2 mile from home revs drop to 400 or so and then pop back up to 1200 or
so and then settle in nicely at 800 or so.

I recently did full "tune-up" with filters and plugs and...prior to cleaning
the ISV.  These components had zero affect on the stumble, but as I
mentioned above, the ISV cleaning helped.  Need to pull her again and give
it another cleaning.
