[s-cars] window/sunroof glitch?

Upon starting, the windows and sunroof will open(or close)only about an inc=
h then stop. They won't operate normally til I drive the car a short distan=
ce. All other electrics operate normally while this is happening. Jiggling =
key does not help.
This does not happen every time and would like to correct it before its a p=
ermanent problem. Any help appreciated.
