[s-cars] Torque settings?

Hey Guys,

Anyone have a list of torque settings?  I'm
specifically interested in spark plugs (Someone posted
on AW that it should be 22 lb/ft) and oil plug (I
currently have it at 50).

Also, anyone have the part number for the oil plug
gasket?

Installed an Amsoil air filter today... my goodness,
what a pain to remove the air box for the first time.
Now that I know what to do, it won't be so bad next
time... do you really have to take off the heat shield
between the turbo and the air box to get to the air
filter, or am I just not crafty enough?
