[s-cars] Bumper and Outside Temp Sensor R&R

I am planning to remove my bumper this coming weekend to do some over-due
repairs to its mounting hardware... the sides of the bumper on occasion
dangle down on both sides and require to be lifted back up and put into
place (hopefully the slide brackets are broken and not the bumper itself).

I have read a procedure for removing the bumper on the list, however, I
also have to replace the Outside Temp Sensor that is normally mounted on
the front bumper.  On my car it is missing all together.  I have one on
order, but since the old one is missing I am not sure exactly where it
should be mounted.  Can someone give me the details of where that sensor
should go?
