Read your post on the archives. My better half recently drove my car (rare
occassion) and succeeded in pulling the bumper off, on a curb I guess. We
didn't talk about it much!! The side tabs were damaged. I was able to
secure the drooping sides by attaching them to the wheel well liners with a
couple sheet metal screws and those metal capture thingies (don't know what
they are called). I saved them when I did the Euro light transplant on my
200. Looks perfect and seems plenty strong. There should be a square plastic
housing for the temp sensor on the inside front of the bumper, just left of
center, IIRC.
