[s-cars] Resolution and thanks (RE: S4 Engine Issue)

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for helping me out with the engin=
e blips I started seeing yesterday.

The issue did turn out to be on of the PSO (power stage output) devices.  A=
fter looking into the issue for hours on end, a friend and I tracked the is=
sue to cylinder #2 not firing, and subsequently to the right-side PSO devic=
e which drives it.

After reading many of the solutions given to me by the friendly people here=
, I decided to attempt to wire cyl #2 into the 'spare' connector on the lef=
t-side PSO device.  And after getting the wires in place, amazingly, the ca=
r started right up and sounded like new.

Thanks again to all of you for your input.  The only Audi dealer in town ma=
intains quite a monopoly on business, and would've surely tried to replace =
every damn thing in the engine bay.  You guy really saved me a ton of money=
 (that I don't have).
