[s-cars] Which chip is this?

I have finally opened up my ECU, and without opening the circuit board
"sandwich", looked in and could read the following number (I think it is the
same on both the top and bottom chips)
1 267 357 394  Numbers in black type, underlined with black magic marker.

The car also has an aftermarket exhaust manifold with a number that begins
L03111...
Any info would be appreciated.
