29921 is the H&R spring for the original V8. Later, H&R also spec'd it as
the fitment for the urS4/S6. I am running this same spring in my '91
200q--my set is painted green as well.
The springs are progressive, so rates depend on installed height (or
preloading). As installed height will vary from car to car depending on
minor variations in car weight, what you really get needs some
testing. . According to notes I have from years ago, at the designed
install-height, the rates should be about 300#/in front, 330#/in rear; the
fronts could go as high as 500#/in. That, though, was for a V8, where the
spring was designed to lower the car 1.3" front and rear--in my lighter
200q, the car dropped only 5/8"
