Igor-
I was having this problem with the mintexes, also.
Apparently, the compound is soft and leaves deposits
on the rotors under moderate use. I can actually see
black rings on my rotors from the pads. You can
either turn the rotors or do an Italian tune-up. Top
out the car and stand on the brakes for all you're
worth. Do this a couple times and it should clear
those deposits right out. Finding a clear road to do
this on is another story. I don't claim
responsibility, blah, blah, blah...YMMV, all that good
stuff.
Seriously, this worked for me, might be worth a shot
before you go replacing those discs.
