As much as we like to joke about Frederic's Andoille Sausage and oil consumption problems caused by having 3-too-many pistons in his Avant, his offer below is a damn good example of what makes this list a great place.

I'll make the same offer to anyone traveling in Germany, just let me know and I'll give you my cell number in case you fall down a flight of stairs and need someone to smuggle some wine into your hospital room :)
