[s-cars] LAC: Help with garage air compressor purchase?

Move to a place with no communist rules....err I mean "covenants" :)  What a
bunch of crap, I just got out of one of those neighborhoods and man am I
glad to be rid of bitchy neighbors who you never see or hear except when
they come home and open up the garage door so they can park their yuppie
truck, I mean SUV, inside and shut the garage door before, heaven forbid,
they have to interact and say hi to another human being.  OK, maybe a little
too political for the list but what the hell :)

if i hadn't spent the extra $100, the screaming i would have heard
would have been from the neighbors.  :)

i have a neighbor who has nothing better to do than bitch at everybody.
unfortunately, she's also on the board of the HOA.
