[s-cars] Engine misses, code 4411, 4413, 4421 and 2341, 2nd episode

Ox Sensor signal is 0.10V. Ooops! But how can I have killed the Ox
Sensor just cleaning the engine bay? That's still a mistery.

Hi all,

I cleaned the engine bay yesterday to remove a bit of the accumulated
salt and this morning, the engine misses badly with codes:
- 4411: Injector 1
- 4413: Injector 3
- 4421: Injector 5
- 2341: Ox Sensor
I can't believe 3 injectors and the Ox Sensor failed in one night. The
problem should be somewhere else. Any suggestion?
