We've done some extensive research on this side of the Atlantic at Rod H's
pig farm.  The research has lead to photographic evidence (copy attached,
definitely NAC) that eating Andouillette, of AAAAA or XXXXX grade, is more
like, well the attached photo looks ~ i.e. not something lightly undertaken.
