Is there no way to include a modified rubber top mount? Or a way to make them less noisy?

I actually drove a car with the notoriously noisy spherical-bearing top
plates for a number of months.
Yes, they were noisy, but the degree of improved feel was really
impressive. If they were silent (and not especially expensive) I would buy
them in a heartbeat.
