I have found the Centerforce(they advertise that its good for up to 650hp) to
be very adequate for my car's needs. Rod's point about the fuse aspect of our
clutch is very important. This is not a drag racing car. Its got way too much
traction. I have always been very prudent in my application of torque when
coming off the line. I never severely launch this car from a standstill. When
I replaced my flywheel and clutch there was minimal wear on the dual mass and
clutch stiffness was the only problem with the stock clutch. I do, however,
run it hard in the higher gears. If you felt the grin factor of this car, you
would too.
