[s-cars] How do you get the rear covers off the seat heater switches?

The rear cover is held in by spring clips at the top. I get it off by
inserting a small putty knife under the top edge of the cover (just below
the air vent) and gently popping it off. But that's the easy part, because
you now need to take out the air vent to get the heater switches out. To do
this, you take out the two obvious screws, plus the 'secret screw'. The
secret screw holds the vent assembly in from its back. To get to it, pull
the drink holders and felt out of the console, followed by the cell phone
speaker. Then you can get to the secret screw. Somewhere along the line
you may wish to curse the short wires on the speaker. If you have a
Bentley, there's an illustration of this in there somewhere.
