Paul:

I think you've gotten some good advice on the list, but I wouldn't
ignore the real simple stuff such as water in your gas tank.  We've had
some pretty cold mornings here in NE lately, a can of dry gas wouldn't
hurt, along with a fresh fillup.  You did replace the fuel filter
recently, so you should be good on that one.  I don't think a bad tank
of gas would generate those fault codes, but worth a try.  I've had
those kinds of symptoms which turned out to be water in the gas tank (in
pre-computer cars).
