Thanks for the thoughts Tom.  Now, if I had not screwed up and gave you all
the ENTIRE code the first time, how would THAT look to my image of being a
totatcompletedumbass?  I *DO* have my rep to protect here!

WRT gas, I only ran it NEAR empty once prior to this, and that was months
ago.  The 2nd time was last night.  Again, long story, not a habit of mine.
So I doubt that's related, but a good point nonetheless...
