assuming your brakes were fine before, it seems like a bit of a
coincidence.  i think fluid leak is quite possible, and if i were
going to go looking for fluid leaks, i'd check the brake flex lines.
you just had the tires changed, and it's possible that their monkey
damaged a brake line in the process (for example, if he threw the
wheel against the car and hit the brake flex line).
