I would imagine that the abortion clinic demonstrators have set a pretty
good First Amendment vs. public safety precedent. I would be very surprised
if you couldn't get away with a nice little demonstration of Hoffman's
reliability and effectiveness, as long as you followed the general idea the
abortion protesters use. If you got hauled away, I bet you could get the
ACLU to defend you, plus they'd then get to publicize why you got hauled
away in the first place...

It is?   I remember back in high school when the owner of the local
VW/Audi/Isuzu/Chevy franchise lived a couple streets away from me.  It
seems that I customer was all up in arms about buying a "lemon" Chevy
pickup from his dealership.  I don't know what issue he had with the
dealership but I do know that he would park his truck in front of the
dealership owner's house and stand out there every day with a picket
sign saying that his truck was a lemon from _______ dealership etc. etc.
 The pickup owner was not particularly appreciated by the owner of the
dealership nor by the many residents of the somewhat upscale
neighborhood.  The guy literally did this for 3 or 4 weeks and would
always stay on the public road rather than the private property nearby.
 The dealer eventually sent everyone in the neighborhood an apology for
the guy being there all the time but stated that not much could be done.
 Of course, that all changed when Mr. Pick-em-up truck made a physical
threat to the owner of the dealership with witnesses nearby.  At that
point the police were called and we never saw the guy again.  Hmmmm...   ;-)
