[s-cars] UrS4/6 Euro High Beam Relay "Latch-on" Fix

Gents:

Took a WAG and replaced the J5 relay (pn 431951253 H with "204" on top) with
an unknown sourced "235" (pn 443919578 B) and problem solved. Fogs go off on
"hi" and no latching.

Pity your car doesn't have the J5 relay, Bob, or you'd be able to make this
mod at no cost and no work.
