[s-cars] Stumbling at low rpm

The splices are soldered and heat shrunk. Soldering have been done the
proper way heat the wire and solder on the wire, not the iron. What is
the problem if you splice closer than a few feet?

Beware this especially if splice not done at least a few feet away from
