[s-cars] Stumbling at low rpm

The splices are soldered and heat shrunk. Soldering have been done the
proper way – heat the wire and solder on the wire, not the iron. What is
the problem if you splice closer than a few feet?

Beware this especially if splice not done at least a few feet away from
the sensor. Also any splice should be soldered and heat shrunk.
